Why do we called as Furry angel? Furry represent the physical appearance of the dogs. Dogs have fur and it is symbolic for them. Angel, is a positive noun. We wish to build a positive and warm image for our PR campaign. Dog is a loyal pet for human but they always abandoned by their owner. Based on the bad situation of stray dogs, we would like to raise the awareness and build knowledge for public to protect the dogs. Therefore, we chose to use furry which represent the dogs. Angel is to convey that dogs are as innocent as angel and they have a pure soul.
“Furry angel” project is organised by students who taking Public Relation Campaign Planning Course in May semester 2017 in New Era University College. This Public Relations Campaign has three objectives. The first objective is to increase the society awareness of protecting stray dogs. We will use social media (Facebook) and road show to give some knowledge about stray dog. The second objective is to build up the knowledge for all the secondary and college / university student also we will focus on Chinese society. The third objective is to raise fund for “Furry Angel”. 为什么我们称我们的项目英文名为毛天使?毛茸茸,代表狗的外貌。然而, 天使, 是一个积极的名词。我们希望能够为我们的公关项目树立一个积极和热情的形象。狗是人类的忠实宠物, 但他们总是被主人遗弃。基于流浪狗的恶劣处境, 我们希望提高公众对狗的认识和知识, 以保护犬只。因此, 我们选择使用毛茸茸的代表狗。天使是传达狗是无辜的象天使和他们有纯净的灵魂。另外,我们活动项目华语名为“别弃狗狗吧”。顾名思义,是想通过此项目教育新一代以及更多人不要抛弃以及放弃狗狗的概念。
“别弃狗狗吧”这项目是由新纪元大学学院媒体系2017年5月份公关活动规划课程的学生所举办。这次的公关活动项目有三大目标。其一目标是提高社会对流浪狗的保护意识。我们将使用社交媒体 (面子书) 和路展来提供一些关于流浪狗的知识。第二目标是为所有的中学和大学/大学的学生积累知识, 我们也将较关注于华人社会。第三个目标是为 “别弃狗狗吧” 筹集资金。若大众有意赞助可通过邮件方式联络 furryangelprc@gmail.com 。
